Refund & Return Policy – Krunali Overseas
As an export-oriented business dealing in bulk orders, our refund and return policies are defined as follows:
🔹 Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect goods delivered.
- The buyer must notify us within 3–5 days of receiving the shipment.
- Proper proof (images/videos) must be provided.
🔹 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of the issue.
- Refund method will be discussed mutually (replacement / partial refund / adjustment in next order).
🔹 Non-Returnable Conditions
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Improper handling or storage by the buyer
🔹 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not applicable.
